Shipping and Delivery:
We ship through USPS. After ensuring that the carrier has the correct order for shipment, we are not responsible for delivery issues that are beyond our control and/or are the responsibility of the carrier, including but not limited to: Incorrect address; lost, stolen, held or damaged packages; and other carrier errors. We can only direct customers to contact the appropriate carrier to resolve any delivery issues that are beyond our control. Customers will need to pay shipping if an order needs to be resent due to an incorrect address.
How much is Shipping, and what domestic shipping services do you offer?
Shipping is automatically calculated at Checkout. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout Page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
- We have several promos that we run throughout the year that offer Free Shipping. Please stay tuned to our VIP Group for when these sales go live!
- USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL – $7.50. All domestic orders under 1 lb. will receive first class mail shipping. Your package will be delivered within three to five (3-5) business days (once shipped from our warehouse in Dallas, Texas). You will be able to track this shipment via USPS TRACKING.
- USPS PRIORITY MAIL – $8.50. All domestic orders over 1 lb. will receive priority mail shipping. Your package will be delivered within two to four (2-4) business days. You will be able to track this shipment via USPS TRACKING.
Do you ship outside of the USA?
We currently ship within the United States only.
How long will it take to get to me?
Most orders (all in-stock items, not including preorder items) will ship out immediately, we strive for Same-Day Shipping! To avoid delays, please make sure you do not have "combined carts", meaning your cart contains either ALL IN-STOCK items, or ALL PREORDER items, not a mixture of the two, as this will only slow down the processing time.
*EXCLUSIVE PREORDERS MUST BE ORDERED SEPARATELY ~ as these are made when they are special ordered and take a bit longer than our other Preorder items. This can occasionally take a few weeks! This is why we stress the importance of ordering ALL PREORDER ITEMS SEPARATELY, so you don't have to wait as long to receive your full order! (Plus, our warehouse is small so we do not have the extra storage space to hold partially filled orders). Thank you for your cooperation and understanding in this matter!
If you do happen to submit an order containing both in-stock and Preorder items in the same order, your order will be split up and shipped separately. You will receive an additional invoice that will reflect a DISCOUNTED shipping rate of $5 for the PAID preordered items, creating their own separate new order #.
Please pay this invoice immediately, so the system will generate your new, additional tracking for these items. You may track ALL orders with the tracking info you receive via email.
Once your order has been packaged and shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
Once we have finished preparing your order, you will receive an email informing you that the order has shipped which will include tracking information. Shipping times depend on your shipping method and where you are located. We do not guarantee delivery times.
*NOTE: Once packages leave our possession, they are no longer Dream Leggings responsibility. If you have any issues with USPS delays, missing packages, etc, you must contact USPS or your local Post Office, and provide your tracking number so they can help you. All Priority packages are insured.

Note: Orders placed during weekends, special promotions (Black Friday/Cyber Monday) and holidays may take additional processing time due to increased order volume. Please allow 1-2 extra days for order processing.

What if I'm not home when my package arrives?
For orders sent via USPS, most Dream Leggings™ packages will fit into a mailbox. We send our Leggings in cute Designer mailer bags so be sure to look out for them in your mailbox, (or for larger orders we use the white USPS Priority Envelopes).

If your package weighs over 1 pound, it will be sent via USPS Priority mail.
***NOTICE: ONCE PACKAGES LEAVE THE POSSESSION OF DREAM LEGGINGS, THEY ARE NO LONGER OUR RESPONSIBILITY!
This means that from the moment each package is picked up/dropped off by the USPS, we have ZERO control over the guarantee it will reach your given shipping address, nor can we guarantee a specific delivery date. The USPS gives every single package it's own tracking number, which is automatically emailed to you when the labels are created by DL. It is your responsibility to follow your packages, and in the RARE and unfortunate case your shipment is delayed or lost in transit, we suggest you file a claim with USPS IMMEDIATELY!!! All Priority packages are automatically covered with a $100 insurance coverage, so be sure to contact your local Post Office in this RARE circumstance.
