Returns and Exchanges Policy

*NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES ACCEPTED ON HOLIDAY OR SALE ITEMS*
If your product is eligible for a return/exchange, (see eligibility requirements below) you can start this process by sending us an email - info@DreamLeggings.com with the reason for your return, date of purchase, and if you’re exchanging, the name+size of print you’d like to exchange for. *~YOU MUST NOTIFY US PRIOR TO RETURNING YOUR ITEM~*
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, all Returns/Exchanges will be at our sole discretion.
Items returned after 14 days of the order receival date may be exchanged for a Dream Leggings Store Credit only, if accepted. The amount of the Store Credit will be the amount paid on the original receipt or the current selling price of the item(s) being returned, whichever is lowest. Items sold over 30 days ago cannot be returned or exchanged. No exceptions.
We will only accept returns for items that have NOT been worn, altered or washed. Items must be ODOR FREE! This includes cigarette smoke, pet odor, or any scent that would deem the item(s) defective and unacceptable. PLEASE neatly fold or roll your items you are sending back. All tags must be attached, and in the same condition as you received them (when items are just wadded up into a messy ball inside the bag, this not only bends, tears, and ruins the tags, but can also permanently damage the items.)
Upon receipt of returned goods, Dream Leggings reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements. Rejected items will not be mailed back to purchaser and will be discarded/donated to our charity of choice. If you would like your items returned back to you in the rare case of a rejected return, Jen will be happy to send you an invoice for the return shipping fee of $6.
Shipping and handling charges for returned merchandise are non-refundable.
*IMPORTANT! - You also MUST include a note with your return, providing your name, address, email address, date of purchase, Invoice or Order number, and the reason for your return. Please include the name(s) of prints you're wishing to exchange them with also. Jen runs this entire business by herself, she is a one woman show, so this will help remind her of your issue.
You will be sent an invoice for the return-exchange shipping cost. This invoice must be paid before the replacements will be sent. There is no guarantee the replacement print(s) you're wanting to exchange for will still be in stock by the time your invoice is paid. Prints sell out FAST, so it's best to get those paid immediately!
** If your Dream Leggings happen to have a defect, you must submit via email, photos showing the problem, to: info@DreamLeggings.com **
Please email us and we will be happy to help with your exchange/return! Jen stands behind her product, and will make sure you are a happy and satisfied Dream Leggings customer! If the same print is not in stock, she will make it right with you. She has been known to toss in an "I'm sorry" freebie pair now and then too! ;-)
*NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES ACCEPTED ON SALE OR HOLIDAY ITEMS! NO EXCEPTIONS! (This includes: Holiday & Exclusive prints, Flash Sales, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, ANY & ALL Sales & Discounts).
** Specialty PreOrder items like the KANCAN Jeggings are exchangeable on a case by case basis! Due to the fact that these are a limited edition item and have to be PreOrdered by the specific number of sizes requested by our customers, we don’t usually carry extra stock for sizing exchanges. Occasionally we will have a few “extras” that Jen orders for the DL physical boutique in Dallas, which is why we have to treat each KANCAN return on a case by case basis. Please be aware of this when ordering your size in your original PreOrder. Any KANCAN returns that are not available in your newly selected sizes will receive store credit only. Apologies for this strict rule, but due to the high quality and priced item, this rule must remain in effect. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!
