Dream Leggings Return Policy
Please take a moment to read our Returns and Exchanges Policy here.... Jen stands behind her product and wants you to love your new Dream Leggings!

Here at the Dream Leggings Boutique, our biggest goal is to well serve our loyal customers. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it better! 
Though we are confident you will love what you receive, we are happy to accept returns in case you are not fully satisfied.

HOW TO PLACE A RETURN:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of your delivery date. This means as long as you have emailed us the request within 14 days of receiving your item(s). Returns are not accepted after 30 days of the delivery date. No exceptions. Anything purchased at a discounted price is FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return. All Holiday items are final sale.
  • A return needs to be approved before you ship the item(s) back to us.
  • Email our amazing customer service queen, Kelly with the reason for your return at info@dreamleggings.com to let us know you would like to place a return.
  • We will email you the return shipping address, along with any additional instructions.
  • Ship the item(s) back to us after we have communicated. Shipping items back is the buyers responsibility and is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end, which we will be happy to email you a printable postage label to send the defect/wrong item back to us!
  • All returned items must be in original and NEW condition, with the original tags attached. *TAG REMOVAL VOIDS ANY WARRANTY* Please include the original zipper bags, if applicable. Merchandise cannot be returned if washed or worn, and must be free of makeup marks, deodorant smudges, stains, pet hair, smells such as perfume, cigarettes, pets, etc. or any other reason which would make the item(s) unable to resell. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or store credit if the item(s) have any signs of wear.
  • Include your original receipt. (It helps us out if you circle the item(s) you wish to return, as well as jot down a quick note reminding Jen of what the situation may be.
  • A refund/store credit code will be issued after we receive the returned item(s). Refunds will be issued in the form of a store credit code, for the total price of the item(s) you are returning. This code is exactly like our discount codes you enter at the end of checkout, and does not expire for a whole year!
  • Please do not open or file a “chargeback”! We are fully covered by the Shopify Fraud Program, as well as PayPal’s Fraud coverage, and we take this very seriously. Any chargebacks filed against us will result in a permanent block on our social media pages, groups, and your DL account will be permanently banned. There is absolutely no reason why a chargeback should ever be filed, as we ALWAYS make things right on our end! 

GIFT CARDS:

E-Gift Cards cannot be returned or cancelled. Gift cards are final sale. 

DEFECTED OR WRONG ITEM:

Jen carefully hand-checks each and every pair of leggings that comes and goes from the DLHQ (Dream Leggings Headquarters), If you received a damaged item or the wrong item please follow the steps below.

First and foremost we apologize.  We strive for you to have the best shopping experience with us.

DAMAGES:

Please look over your order as soon as you get it in your hands. If you think that you've received a defective item, contact Kelly at info@dreamleggings.com within 14 business days of receipt of your order.

  • Merchandise cannot be returned after being worn
  • Damages which happen during use are not subject to a refund or exchange for a new pair.

If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please let us know as soon as possible so we can get that mishap sorted out for you! ~
If the same print is not in stock, Jen will make it right with you. She has been known to toss in an "I'm sorry" freebie pair now and then too!

STORE CREDIT:

Here are a few things to remember about your store credit issued in the form of a Store Credit Code, sent via email. (Basically it's like your own personal Discount Code you will enter during the checkout process). If we missed anything just drop us a line at info@dreamleggings.com

  • If you have your eye on that must-have Top or a DL Exclusive print and it’s a little more than your Credit Code is worth, an additional form of payment will be required at checkout.
  • Store Credit Codes will expire ONE YEAR from the date issued.
  • Your use of the Store Credit Code constitutes your agreement to our Terms & Conditions.

Changing or Cancelling Your Order:

Sometimes something happens and you need to change or cancel your order. We totally understand and are here to help, but you must contact us immediately! We try to get ya'll's orders out as QUICK as possible, and we try to ship out all IN-STOCK items immediately, usually same-day. 
If you accidentally ordered the wrong size and need to change this on your current open order you just placed, please let us know ASAP and we will adjust for you. If there are any pricing differences we will let you know immediately and will refund you the difference, or send you an invoice for the amount due.
