Our Leggings are made with a Poly/Spandex blend (92% poly/ 8% spandex) that stretches to fit your unique body shape. It moves and grooves as you do and each piece becomes a second skin you’ll love to show off. This Magical Material is durable and breathable, fast-drying, and keeps bodies cool, dry and comfortable. How do I care for my Dream Leggings™️?
We strongly recommend washing your Dream Leggings™ inside out, in COLD water, with like colors (hand wash or gently cycle) and then hang to dry.
Do you have a Loyalty Rewards Program? How can I sign up?
Yes! Our “Dream Rewards” program is a BRAND NEW program we just launched! It lets you earn points for every dollar you spend, giving you an all-access pass to exclusive deals and promotions! Do I need an Account to place an order?

How do I change my account information?
If you are a returning customer, you can easily update your information by logging into your account. You will find the "My Account" link located in the top of each page. Once you have accessed your account, you can click on the "Account Information" link to update your account information.

We ship out hundreds of orders each week, and simply do not have the storage space to hold partial orders containing in-stock items until your preorder items arrive.

What are my payment options?

How much do you charge for sales tax?
If you are shipping to a location within Texas, we must charge 8.25% sales tax on your order.
An item I love is out of stock! What can I do?
Don’t fret! We are always restocking! Dream Leggings inventory is generally restocked every two to three (2-3) weeks. The best way to stay up to date on our newest prints, as well as being directly involved with Dream Leggings™ itself is to join our fast growing Facebook VIP GROUP!
Also, be sure to sign up for our Email notifications – it’s an easy way to find out when sold out items have been restocked. That way, whenever the pattern comes back, you’ll be the first person to find out! Notifications are sent out automatically when stock is updated via email.
I think I am in between sizes and I am not sure which size to get. Do you have a recommendation for me?
Unsure about which size to get? Keep in mind that our Dream Leggings™ are made from a fantastically stretchy material and acts as a “second skin” that is meant to be tight.
As you wear our Dream Leggings™, they will stretch with you and form to your specific body.
Our two main sizes are Regular (fits up to size 12), and Plush size (fits sizes 12-18, this is our most popular size).
Every woman has her own preference and we believe you should stay true to your body.
For instance, I am size 12/14 and usually wear size Large to XL in most pants. I can wear both regular and plush size Dream Leggings, but I personally prefer the Plush size, as I like a looser fit.
If you prefer a tighter fit, we suggest trying the Regular size, they fit up to size 12/14.
We also have a limited selection of a larger Plush size, “Pluxe” size fits 3X/4X.
What is your return policy?
We are confident that Dream Leggings products will satisfy your craving for the very best leggings on the market! If for any reason you feel the need to return unused/unworn products, please ship the products back to us within 14 days of receiving them for a store credit or full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping). A restocking fee of $8 will be charged for orders over $60. Due to the recent Covid Pandemic, we are unable to accept products that have been used or worn. If you feel your used product(s) is not up to standard, please reach out to us for further assistance.
To return a product, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name, email address, and order confirmation number, as well as a brief description of the reason you are returning the product(s). You will receive written notification from Dream Leggings within 48 hours that will include a return authorization and a separate email including a return slip.
Please note: The customer is responsible for return shipping charges, and dropping off the returning package to USPS.
Please allow 14 business days for Dream Leggings to receive and process your return. We will refund the purchase price paid by you for the item(s) plus any tax paid on the item(s), less any discounts, rebates, credits or refunds already given to you in connection with such products, in the form of store credit, which will be a unique Discount Code you will be able to use towards future purchases. These special credit codes are valid for a whole year!
In the event that you return part of an order, we will credit or refund the portion of the purchase price allocable to the product you are returning. The original shipping and handling charges, if any, will not be refunded.
At this time, Dream Leggings is unable to process exchanges, however, we will gladly accept your returned purchase and process a store credit/refund provided it is returned within 30 days of purchase or 14 days of receiving your item(s).

How do I request a cancellation or an address change for my order?
If you would like to cancel an order or you realize that your address was entered incorrectly, you are able to send in a request within 60 minutes from your order confirmation. Any requests made after this timeframe will be the customer’s responsibility. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and your request and we will take care of the rest!
Shipping and Delivery:
We ship through USPS. After ensuring that the carrier has the correct order for shipment, we are not responsible for delivery issues that are beyond our control and/or are the responsibility of the carrier, including but not limited to: Incorrect address; lost, stolen, held or damaged packages; and other carrier errors. We can only direct customers to contact the appropriate carrier to resolve any delivery issues that are beyond our control. Customers will need to pay shipping if an order needs to be resent due to an incorrect address.
How much is Shipping, and what domestic shipping services do you offer? Shipping is automatically calculated at Checkout. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout Page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
- USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL – $5.75. All domestic orders under 1 lb. will receive first class mail shipping. Your package will be delivered within three to five (3-5) business days (once shipped from our warehouse in Dallas, Texas). You will be able to track this shipment via USPS TRACKING.
- USPS PRIORITY MAIL – $7.50. All domestic orders over 1 lb. will receive priority mail shipping. Your package will be delivered within two to three (2-4) business days. You will be able to track this shipment via USPS TRACKING.
- All orders $75 and up automatically receive FREE SHIPPING! Woot-Woot!!
*During Special Sales, all shipping fees are to be paid by the buyer.
Do you ship outside of the USA?
We currently ship within the United States only.
How long will it take to get to me?
All orders ship from our warehouse in Dallas, TX. Most orders (all in-stock items, not including preorder items) will ship out within two to five (2-5) business days of ordering. (Jen tries her best to ship out immediately, so usually same day shipping! :-)
All PRE-ORDER items are usually around 1-4 weeks, depending on the item. Our Exclusive line takes the longest, as they are literally custom made for us- from the design and print work, to the stitching of the super durable seams and hems.
Exclusives take approx 4 weeks, as the Covid has slowed all production and shipping times way down significantly compared to last year. Please be patient with us during this weird time we are all living in today! The wait will all be worth it, I promise! ;-)
You can usually find the Preorder ETA date in the description of each Preorder item. If you have any questions regarding Preorders or ETA dates of items, please reach out to us at email@example.com ~ You should add the ship time to the processing days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
Once we're finished preparing your order, you will receive an e-mail informing you that the order has shipped which will include tracking information. Shipping times depend on your shipping method and where you are located. We do not guarantee delivery times.
*NOTE: Once packages leave our possession, they are no longer Dream Leggings responsibility. If you have any issues with USPS delays, missing packages, etc, you must contact USPS or your local Post Office, and provide your tracking number so they can help you. All Priority packages are insured.

Note: Orders placed during weekends, special promotions (Black Friday/Cyber Monday) and holidays may take additional processing time due to increased order volume. Please allow 1-2 extra days for order processing.

What if I'm not home when my package arrives?
For orders sent via USPS, most Dream Leggings™ packages will fit into a mailbox. We send our Leggings in cute Designer mailer bags so be sure to look out for them in your mailbox, (or for larger orders we use the white USPS Priority Envelopes).
Something in my order is damaged!
Oh no! We are sorry to hear that you have an issue with your Dream Leggings™ and will be happy to replace them. (As long as it meets the guidelines listed below, under Returns & Exchanges). Please email us at Info@DreamLeggings.com and we will send you information on how to start the return / exchange process.
